When you submit a job request through our Google Form or contact us directly, we collect:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address and mobile number
• Details of the work you are requesting
• Any files or documents you upload to the Google Drive folder we share with you

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are made via PayNow and no card information passes through our systems.

2. Why we collect it

We use your personal data only to:

• Process your job request and communicate with you about it
• Set up and manage your dedicated Google Drive workspace
• Issue payment instructions and confirm receipt of payment
• Contact you about related services if you have engaged us previously

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your service request.

3. Who has access to your data

Your personal data is accessible only to 825 Services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except where required by Singapore law.

Your job-related files are stored in Google Drive, which is subject to Google's own privacy practices. Google Forms, used to collect your initial request, is also subject to Google's privacy policy.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data and associated job files for the duration of our business relationship and for two years thereafter, for record-keeping purposes. After this period, data is deleted upon request or as part of routine data lifecycle management.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent to the use of your data for purposes other than service fulfilment
